Hi, Just Made That Way Readers!

My name is Berritt. I am a stay at home mom/part time work at home designer with 4 daughters, a wonderful and supportive husband, a gorgeous German Shepherd, 2 cats and a backyard flock of 11 chickens. I started sewing seriously in 2005 when I decided to cloth diaper. Some friends and I opened a forum dedicated to diaper sewing and there started the sewing addiction. We have since upgraded the forum (www.makelaughlove.com) to more of a crafty family oriented community rather than the focus of cloth diapering. I started designing patterns with a diaper pattern. I opened Birdiful Stitches (named Birdiful because of the way that my daughter said beautiful) as a place to sell my e-reader accessy patterns, and have added more patterns including children's clothing and toys. I plan to add more patterns as time allows. I've always loved the more creative ventures and am drawn to new hobbies all the time.
